Choose your counselling package

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to counselling sessions and packages that parents book on theschooladmission.com and pay for online. Services for schools are covered by a separate written MOU's.

2. Bookings

All counselling bookings are subject to availability and successful payment. A booking is confirmed only after we verify your payment.

3. Cancelling a session

• Missed sessions: if you do not attend and have not told us beforehand, the session counts as used and is not eligible for a refund.

4. Rescheduling

Send your reschedule request at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We will offer the next available slot with your counsellor, subject to availability.

5. Multi-session packages

• Sessions already delivered are not refundable.
• Unused sessions may be used for someone else, subject to approval from TSA management
• Sessions that remain unused after the validity period or 30 days (Whichever is earlier) expire automatically and are not refundable.

6. If we cannot deliver your session

If we cannot deliver a confirmed session, for example because the counsellor is unavailable, you can choose a new time.

7. Payment problems

If money was deducted but you did not receive a booking confirmation, or you were charged twice, write to us with your payment reference. After verification, we will either confirm the booking or refund the extra amount within 5–7 working days.

8. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email: school@theschooladmission.com with your booking ID, the name and phone number used for booking, and the reason for your request. You can also call 9599021775. We review each request within 2 working days and tell you whether it is approved or, if not, why.

9. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or otherwise as suited to the company within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the amount in your account.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian law, including consumer protection law.

These terms are between you and The School Admission, a unit of Prabuddh India Eduplanet LLP, which operates theschooladmission.com. By using the website or buying our counselling services, you agree to our terms & conditions automatically.

1. Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and be the parent or legal guardian of the child you are seeking guidance for.

2. What we provide

We provide online school discovery and counselling for parents. Counselling is guidance. It is not a guarantee of admission to any school.

3. Prices, GST and payment

• Package prices, duration and inclusions are shown at checkout & includes GST
• Bookings are confirmed after we verify your payment.
• Sessions must be used within the validity period or 30 days (whichever is earlier)

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete information.
• Attend appointments at the confirmed time.
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully towards our counsellors and staff.
• Do not copy, resell or misuse our content, or try to interfere with the website.

5. School information

School fees, seat availability and admission requirements change often and are set by each school. Please confirm them directly with the school before you decide or pay any fee to it. We are not responsible for a school's decisions.

6. Parent counselling and school partnerships

These terms cover counselling bought by parents. Schools that work with The School Admission or Eduplanet do so under a separate written agreement, whose payment terms do not apply to parents. Parents never pay a school-side fee to us.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The website's content, logo and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.

10. Limit of liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that depend on third parties such as schools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that give you the option of another forum.

12. Changes and contact

1. No physical delivery

The School Admission provides online counselling services. We do not ship any physical products.

2. Booking confirmation

After we verify your payment, we send a booking confirmation to your registered email address or phone number. This usually happens within 24 hours of payment.

3. Session details

We share the appointment time and meeting instructions once your session is scheduled.

4. Packages with several sessions

For multi-session packages, we send booking instructions for each session. All sessions must be used within the validity period or 30 days (Whichever is earlier)

5. If you have not received your confirmation

• Check your spam or promotions folder, and confirm that the email address and phone number you gave are correct.
• If it is still missing after 24 hours, email school@theschooladmission.com or call 9599021775 with your payment reference.
